DATA FACILITY

Our data centers are outfitted with Cisco routers, switches and firewalls that exceed all exchange-recommended standards. Our infrastructure and network have been constructed with the highest levels of speed and reliability in mind. Redundancy and scalability are major focus points in all areas of our business and our infrastructure is built to support mission-critical functions and higher-than-peak demand levels.

RELIABILITY

Security and reliability are essential for today’s electronic trading industry. Our servers run on electric power with a fully backed-up, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and are secured in a redundant climate-controlled environment. We back up all data on a real-time basis, and have a back-up team at multiple locations ensuring that, in the unlikely event of a failure, our clients can continue trading at all times.

24/7 SUPPORT DESK

The Technical Operations team ensures that data flows seamlessly, accurately and as fast as possible to the trading floor, providing a critical support function for our trading solutions. They are constantly monitoring all systems, servers and trader workstations, and often fix and solve problems before a client even realizes there has been an issue. With the global nature of potential trading problems, this responsiveness is a critical part of the focus of our firm.
