OPEN ACCOUNT

GTL Trading adheres to and follows the Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX) and Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) bylaws in accordance with international regulatory rules. The GTL Trading DMCC Trading Agreement cannot be processed unless all the applicable sections described below are completed and the relevant due diligence is satisfactorily undertaken.

GTL Trading adheres to the bylaws and guidelines issued by the ESCA and DGCX on Anti-Money Laundering in order to comply with AML policy. Further, government photo identification with the applicant’s current address (e.g. driver’s license, passport, any government-issued valid ID or national identity card), utility bill - or other such documentation as may be appropriate to ascertain and verify a person’s identity - must be submitted with the account application.

Memorandum and Articles of Association

Copy of Trade license

Board of resolution.

Agreement in writing from the company’s board to apply for a corporate account, stating that it is aware of the risks involved. The written document should also include a dedicated nominee who will act as the company’s representative for the account.

Bank Statement

This should be less than three months old.

CLEARING ACCOUNT

When applying for a clearing account, please provide the following agreements signed by an authorized person with the company’s application.

If you are currently clearing your trades through another clearing member of the exchange, please ensure that you cancel your previous agreement as it is not permitted to clear your trades through two brokers.
